Ready Set Driving School Payment Policy

Party

The Ready Set Driving School Payment Policy is a binding agreement between the Driver and Ready Set Driving School, it is additional to the Drivers Terms and Conditions.

Pricing

1.      The cost for lessons is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to;

a.     Pickup locations

b.     Vehicle type and/or transmission

c.     Environmental factors e.g., night or day

d.     Any other factors Ready Set Driving Schools determines necessary to conduct business

2.     All costs and discounts in this agreement are based on one hour lessons

3.     All Drivers will be notified of the total price of their booking and must confirm the total price before payment will be made to Ready Set Driving School

Discounts

4.    If a Driver makes a payment for 5 or 10 lessons in one payment they will receive a discount according to our discounted packages

a.     5 lessons purchased = $4 per lesson discount

b.     10 lessons purchased = $5 per lesson discount

5.     Discount lessons will apply to 1-hour lessons, however with agreement from Ready Set Driving School can be used for 2-hour lessons

6.     The discounts will only apply if a Driver pays for 5 or 10 lessons  in one purchase

a.     If a driver pays for 5 lessons, they will get the $4 per lesson discount, however-

b.     If a Driver has paid for 3 lessons, then their next transaction is 2 lessons they will not receive the discount

7.     The discounted prices will remain regardless of if the Driver changes Driving Instructors

8.     Discounted lessons can only be used for driving lessons, and not Test Packages

9.     Occasionally Ready Set Driving School may offer other offers, including discounts lessons, test or other discounts, of which the Discounts Lessons already offered may not apply

Cancellations and Rescheduling

10.   If a Driver wishes to cancel or reschedule their lessons or Test with Ready Set Driving School within 24 hours, they will forfeit all costs associated to that lessons and will not receive a credit or refund.

a.     If payment for the lesson has not been made by time they cancel, Drivers will be required to make payment

11.   Under the Cancellation Policy Ready Set Driving School may choose to do either of the following –

a.     Require the Driver to pay the total cost of the lesson, or

b.     Waive the payment entirely and allow the Driver to reschedule to lesson with no charge

Lesson Validation

12.   Occasionally a payment made to Ready Set Driving School may be asked to be refunded once the payment has been made to the Driving Instructor

13.   Ready Set Driving School will investigate all request made, and it is Ready Set Driving Schools sole discretion to decide whether to make a refund or not

14. At Ready Set Driving Schools sole discretion, and subject to the Driver Terms and Conditions, Ready Set Driving School may provide a refund on one of the following situations –

a.     A complaint is received and it is determined the Driving Instructor breached their Terms and Conditions

b.     A Driving Instructor falsely claimed a lesson had been completed or had been cancelled as per the Payment Policy, and was not the fault of the Driver

c.     It is brought to Ready Set Driving Schools attention the transaction was fraudulent and not authorized by the account holder
